Idun Industri is the leading supplier of ingredients to bakeries and food processing. Idun Industri also sells yeast and marzipan through the grocery trade. Idun Industri turnover of approx. 575 mill.kr., has 150 employees and 4 manufacturing facilities in Norway and Sweden. New and modern office is located at Hvam just north of Oslo.

Our product range today is the fruit of many years experience and willingness to develop timely specific solutions for our customers in markets which are becoming increasingly diverse. Our efforts in research and development and quality management have made us one of the world’s leading suppliers of yeast extracts, hydrolysates and specialty powders. Today Ohly has three manufacturing plants. In Hamburg, Germany, we produce yeast derivatives based on baker's yeast and starter cultures. Our Hutchinson, Minnesota site is specialised in the continuous fermentation of torula yeast for the manufacture of our torula yeast based flavour ingredients and in Boyceville, Wisconsin we manufacture a variety of torula, brewer's and baker's yeast extracts as well as our specialty powders range of products.
